The shell itself is heavy duty and there is also a crumple zone in the stability leg of the Nuna Base Next ISOFIX base (sold separately) which works to absorb the energy of a crash and direct any force of impact away from baby. The Nuna ARRA Next is also travel system compatible, allowing you to clip it onto any compatible Nuna pushchair chassis (pushchair and adaptors sold separately) to make moving from car to street a breeze.
